Delirium

finished the hunger games?

Hunger games is like my all time favourite book series so when I finished them I was pretty gutted to say the least, but recently I've start getting really into Lauren Oliver's book Delirium.

Delirium is about the world in the future where Love is seen as a disease and scientists have came up with a cure given to everyone once they reach the age of 18. It's wrote at Lenas point of view, who lost her father to cancer and mother commited suicide because of her heartbreak as her love was too strong for the cure. Lena was then given to her aunt and uncle to look after her. She's 17 now and has been looking forward to being cured ever since the loss of her mother. That is, until she meets Alex, An Invalid.
Again trying not to give away to many spoilers! I found out about it in my cosmo magazine saying it was the next hunger games and I love it so hopefully you will.

and if you have read it you should totally message me so I have someone to talk about it to! I've kind of fallen in love with Alex, and I think Jeremy Sumpter should totally play him.

Warm Bodies

Warm Bodies

So is anyone else as excited for this film coming out as much as me?

Seriously it looks great. It's got zombies and romance in it, not to mention Nicholas Hoult. it due to be released on Febuary 1st in the UK. I think it's fair to say for the past year the whole vampires and warewolves twilight stage is over and everyones been hyping and raving about zombies, so this is bound to be a popular movie when it hits cinemas.
So the films based on Isaac Marions book 'Warm Bodies' published in 2010, Which is a great book that I would recommend anyone to read. without giving to much away, a disease which has turned most of the worlds population into these walking dead zombies, the survivors are protecting themselves in these safety domes. the story is at one of the zombies point of view who calls himself 'R', him and his friend 'M' are the last of a few who are still capable of having thoughts. These undead zombies roam around and live off human flesh though if they eat a humans brain it allows them to experience the humans life. 'R' decides to attack a party of teenagers and kills one of them called Perry by eating his brains but by doing so feels his emotions to one of the girls, Julie, who he was protecting.

So hopefully that sums up enough without giving to many spoilers! if you haven't read the book I recommend it for anyone and I'm so excited to see how the film turns out.
